Privacy Policy – Honest Water International

Honest Water International (“we”, “us”) operates honestwaternational.com and the Plumber Calendars scheduling tool used by our installation partners.

Information we collect. Name, email, phone number, service area, and scheduling availability that installers or customers provide to us. When an installer’s calendar is connected, we access only calendars our tool creates for scheduling installs.

How we use it. To schedule and manage water system installations, contact installers and customers about appointments, and operate our business. We do not sell personal information.

Google user data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar access only to create and share installation calendars and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us run scheduling and communications, or when required by law.

Security and retention. We take reasonable measures to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or disconnect calendar access, by emailing rayan@honestwaternational.com.
